In Internet Explorer you can enable cookies using the following method:

1. In the control panel go to Internet Options
2. Click on the Privacy tab
3. Set the slider to Medium or lower.
4. If there is no slider bar, then press the Advanced button, and make sure that the "Always Allow Session Cookies" checkbox is checked, and First Party Cookies is set to Accept
