REGISTRATION TIPS AND GUIDELINES
1. “REGISTRATION” User Name is Chapter ID # and password from the National site.
2. On next page, select “Add Student” , then select the “Search” to view your chapter member list.
3. Under “Select Participant Type:” For STAR entries select “STAR Event participant, and appropriate competition level.
4. Ignore the “Volunteer” column.
5. All members can be registered on this page, then select “Submit” at the bottom.
6. For each STAR entry, select “Event” then select the appropriate event box.
7. Topic/Title is required.
8. Click “Save” at bottom.
9. Then select “Items” for each member and choose the activity or event for each member.
10. All members/participants must choose the “SLC Registration” of $50.00.
11. Then click “Save” at the bottom.
12. For additional advisers/parents/guests/chaperones attending select “ADD OTHER NAME”.
13. You may “View Registration” to check input.
14. When ready to submit, click on “Finished Registration”
15. You will be immediately emailed an invoice upon completed registration. The state office also receives this notification.
16. ALL STAR EVENT ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED BY FEBRUARY 22.
17. ADDITIONAL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY MARCH 1.
18. PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED AT THE STATE OFFICE BY March 31.
19. NO REFUNDS AFTER MARCH 31.
19. Additions/edits may be made until February 22 for STAR events, and March 1 for other changes.
