Only the primary contact for each chapter may register students in the competition registration system.
Every attendee is charged the same rate, this includes Advisors, Chaperones, Students, Bus Drivers, etc. Anyone who will be in the building at the event is required to be registered as an attendee.
Chapter Requirements
Only chapters that meet the following requirements are eligible for conference registration, ineligible chapters will not be able to access the registration site.
The chapter has Active Status.
The chapter must have the ‘school’, ‘district’, and ‘primary_contact’ fields set.
The primary contact must meet the member requirements
Member Requirements
Only members who meet the following information are eligible for conference registration; members who do not meet the requirements will not appear on the registration site. This includes advisors and students.
